When you use the site's booking or contact form, the information entered (name, phone, email, pickup/destination, date, message) is sent directly via WhatsApp or your email client, to Celia VTC. No data is stored in a database on our servers: the site simply prepares the message you send yourself.
Audience measurement
The site may use Google Tag Manager for audience measurement purposes (pages viewed, referral source), only after your consent given via the cookie banner. No advertising or ad targeting is used. See our cookie policy.
Technical data
Like any website, technical connection data (IP address, browser type) may be automatically processed by our host (Cloudflare, Inc.) for security and to ensure the site works properly.
Recipients
Your data is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes. It is only used to respond to your ride or contact request.
Retention period
Email or WhatsApp exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted or archived reasonably.
