General terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the terms of booking and use of the private transport services offered by Celia VTC. By booking a ride, the client fully accepts these conditions.

2. Booking and payment

  • Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, or through WhatsApp.
  • A booking confirmation is sent by email or SMS.
  • Payment is made directly to the chauffeur, in cash or by card.

3. Pricing and invoicing

  • Trip prices may vary depending on distance, time, selected vehicle and transport conditions.
  • A quote can be provided before booking.
  • An invoice can be provided upon request.

4. Cancellation and modification

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are free of charge.
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup) may incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Any booking modification is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before departure.

5. Transport conditions

  • The client agrees to be present at the agreed time and place specified during booking.
  • Luggage is accepted provided it complies with safety standards and the vehicle's capacity.
  • The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to a client who is heavily intoxicated or whose behaviour jeopardises trip safety.

6. Celia VTC's obligations

  • Providing a reliable, safe and comfortable transport service.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is clean and in perfect working condition.
  • Respecting the confidentiality of client information.

7. Liability

Celia VTC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather conditions, technical incidents, unforeseen events). In the event of an inability to provide the service for exceptional reasons, Celia VTC commits to informing the client as soon as possible and offering an alternative solution.

8. Insurance and safety

  • The vehicle is insured for passenger transport.
  • Passengers are covered by this insurance in the event of an accident.
  • Children under 10 must be seated in an appropriate child seat, available on request at the time of booking.

9. Complaints and customer service

Any complaint must be sent by email to celia.vtc86@gmail.com within 7 days of the service. We commit to responding as quickly as possible.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be prioritised. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Celia VTC's place of business.
